Prepares the sift-cli 0.4.4 release:
sift_clifrom 0.4.3 to 0.4.4.[Unreleased]changelog bullets under a newv0.4.4section and adds entries for changes shipped since 0.4.3 that were missing from the changelog:sift-cli get asset(rust(feat): sift cli get assets #731) and thefieldsprojection pluscount/has_moreresponse fields on the MCPlist_*tools (rust(feat): add a fields projection and item count to list_* tools #732).
